Psychotherapy AREA Of focus
WHO I WORK WITH
I work with adolescents through adults, with a primary focus on men navigating mental health, performance, and life related challenges. My practice commonly addresses anxiety, depression, mood concerns, self esteem, addiction, and relationship issues across both personal and professional settings.
I frequently work with executives, professionals, and driven students managing high expectations, sustained pressure, and complex decision making environments. In addition to clinical care, I support individuals seeking greater clarity, resilience, and consistency in their functioning without burnout.
Approach
My approach is practical, individualized, and grounded in clinical experience. I work collaboratively with clients to identify patterns, understand obstacles, and create meaningful, sustainable change.
Sessions are structured and solution focused, integrating evidence based methods with a holistic understanding of mental, emotional, and behavioral health. The emphasis is on insight that leads to action, not therapy without direction.
Fit
This practice is a good fit for individuals who are motivated, reflective, and willing to take an active role in their growth. Clients who tend to do well value structure, direct communication, and practical strategies.
If you are looking for therapy that is focused, intentional, and oriented toward real progress rather than open ended conversation, this approach may be a strong match.
Men’s Group Therapy
I offer a weekly virtual men’s psychotherapy group. This group extends the same collaborative, practical approach used in my individual therapy practice into a structured group setting. It is designed for men navigating anxiety, depression, mood concerns, self-esteem, performance pressure, and life transitions, with a particular focus on professionals, executives, and driven individuals managing sustained demands and complexity. The group is inclusive and emphasizes the importance of community, shared experience, and accountability as part of meaningful and sustained change. Sessions are structured and solution-focused, integrating evidence-based methods with a practical, real-world focus on improving insight, emotional clarity, and daily functioning.
This is an ongoing, open-ended group with structured expectations and a minimum commitment period to support consistency, cohesion, and progress.
