About Guy
I chose to enter the mental health field to apply real life experience toward helping others navigate meaningful change. I earned my bachelor’s degree from Saint Joseph’s University, where I studied sociology, philosophy, and the Italian language, and later completed my Master’s in Social Work at Monmouth University.
Early in my career, I worked in both outpatient and partial hospitalization settings, where I gained extensive experience treating individuals across a broad spectrum of mental health concerns. This work shaped a practical, clinically grounded approach to complex cases and reinforced the importance of individualized, effective care.
In addition to my private practice, I serve as a Director at Minding Your Mind, where I help deliver mental health education to schools, businesses, and community organizations. Across all settings, my work is rooted in clarity, accountability, and helping people move forward with purpose and confidence.

The 15-minute consultation is a conversation, not an intake. You can share a bit about what is bringing you in, ask any questions you have about how I work, and get a sense of whether this feels like the right fit. There is no pressure or commitment involved.

Individual sessions are 50 minutes. Most clients start with weekly sessions to build momentum, though frequency can shift over time based on your goals and where you are in the process.

Please reach out through the contact page or during your consultation for current session fees. I am happy to walk you through the details before you commit to anything.

I am an out-of-network provider. I do not bill insurance directly, but I can provide a monthly superbill that you may submit to your insurer for potential reimbursement if your plan includes out-of-network benefits. I recommend calling your insurance provider to ask about your out-of-network mental health coverage before we begin.

A superbill is an itemized receipt with the billing codes your insurance company needs to process a claim. You pay for the session, I provide the superbill, and you submit it to your insurer. Depending on your plan, you may be reimbursed for the cost. Reimbursement rates and processes vary by plan, so it is worth checking with your insurer directly.
Still have questions? The best way to get them answered is in the free consultation. It takes 15 minutes and there is no obligation to move forward.
